There have to be more people like me out there. People who know their religion and understand the history behind it but struggle with having faith. I know I'm not alone in this. And so I'm dedicating time finding my faith. Finding that spark and warmth that other people seem to have such a handle on.
I find it fitting that today's Daily Devotion mimics my journey. Perhaps it was a sign that today was the day to take a step. Maybe it was just a coincidence.
Risen Jesus, help me to see you in my daily life. Assist me in worshiping you by caring for others. Amen.
I want to see faith in my daily life. I want to feel Jesus and His love. And more than anything, I want to believe.
